Today’s quote is one that resonates with me on a personal level. I often find myself reflecting on the past, and wondering how things could have been different. “A moment of reflection” is something we all need from time to time. It allows us to step back and think about our lives, and what we want to achieve.

While reflection is important, it’s also important to not dwell on the past too much. We can’t change what’s already happened, so it’s best to focus on the present and the future. Instead of wallowing in regret, use reflection as a tool to learn and grow. Use it to motivate yourself to be the best that you can be.
